It involves proper relations and responsibilities to each other and personally. Ethical issues are a major concern for organizations because the main goal is profit making. Ethical issues in organization vary from culture, politics, socio-economic and religious concerns. Currently, every organization is faced with the challenge of environmental protection in its activities. The environment is an important aspect of our world that activists are prioritizing Bowie, 2011.
Any organization following a given code of behavior implies that the revenues received would be high as the consumers would have a positive attitude towards the organizations products hence demand would increase. The organization would be recognized meaning that people are more aware of the business. The creditors who support the ethical action by the organization would be willing to invest in the business adding to the sources of finance…
